‘The Music Studio’ has been serving the Cheshire and Derbyshire community since 1987. We specialise in one-to-one and ensemble music tuition on a variety of instruments. Our staff offers quality and reliable tuition you can count on. In addition, our friendly and professional staff is here to answer any questions you may have about ’The Music Studio’ or our services
Students are encouraged to work and perform with fellow pupils. ‘The Music Studio’ has two ensemble groups for pupils reaching the required standard, ‘Flute Salad’ for pupils between grade 5 and diploma and ‘Flute Pastilles’ for pupils between grade 2 and grade 5.
For information on future events see the ‘More News’ page Recent performances by pupils from ‘The Music Studio’ The Music Studio’s ‘Flute Salad’ performed at Manchester Cathedral in the ‘Manchester Cathedral Voluntary Choir Christmas Concert’. They also performed at the Huddersfield Town Hall lunchtime Christmas Concert with Dr. Gordon Stewart and the Wakefield Cathedral Girls Choir. The Music Studio Concert at St. George’s Parish Hall, New Mills, in aid of Blythe House Hospice, Chapel-en-le-Frith raised over £600. The performers from ‘The Music Studio’ played to a full house.
